01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Your Account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact yx999 support immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.

Account balances are held in PKR. All deposits, bets and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees. yx999 does not hold funds in any foreign currency on behalf of players.

• One account per person, per household and per device is permitted.
• Account information including email address and payment details must be kept current. Outdated information can delay withdrawal processing.
• yx999 reserves the right to close dormant accounts that have not been accessed for an extended period, following reasonable notice to the account holder.
• Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the player subject to identity verification and provided no terms violations have occurred.

04 Deposits & Payments

yx999 supports the following payment methods for deposits by Pakistan players:

All deposits are made in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. yx999 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits must come from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

yx999 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or mobile wallet provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your yx999 account are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Withdrawals to payment accounts not held in your own name will not be processed.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you are required to complete identity verification (KYC). This is a one-time process and requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document. Players who complete KYC at registration avoid delays at the time of their first payout request.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed in the cashier at the time of request.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 06 for full details.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Where a conflict exists between the general terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your bonus balance and are separate from your cash balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applies to each promotion and is stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use yx999 for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publish any content from yx999 without prior written permission.
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works based on yx999 content or software.
• Use the yx999 name, logo or brand assets in any way that could create confusion or imply endorsement.

11 Limitation of Liability
